What to Wear and Bring

Wear:

For Pole Classes: comfortable shorts and tank top…garments that do not restrict the joints.
For Aerobic-based classes:
Athletic Gym shoes
For Samba class: Thick-heeled shoes with an ankle strap (2 inches or higher) & skirt or hip scarf/coin belt
For all other classes
: Form fitting, yet comfortable dance/workout clothes (e.g. yoga pants and tank top)

Bring:

  • Bottled water
  • Yoga/Pilates mat
  • Small hand towel (for dabbing)
  • *Large men’s button up shirt
  • *Lingerie (chemise, bra & panty set, etc.) to practice with(optional)
  • High heeled shoes. The higher the better. (2 inches and up)
  • Knee Pads
  • **5LB hand weights
  • ***Hip scarf or coin belt
