For Aerobic-based classes: Athletic Gym shoes
For Samba class: Thick-heeled shoes with an ankle strap (2 inches or higher) & skirt or hip scarf/coin belt
For all other classes: Form fitting, yet comfortable dance/workout clothes (e.g. yoga pants and tank top)
