CLASS POLICIES

Registration: Advance payment in full is required prior to the start of class. Proof of payment (receipt) must be brought to class. If charged by credit/debit card, a receipt will be provided for you to sign before the start of class. 48 hour cancellation is required for a refund.

Refund: A $10 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Refunds will only be granted up to 48 hours prior to the start of class session. No refunds will be given after session has started. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.

Missed Classes: All missed classes should be made up during the session you are currently signed up for. No missed classes can be carried over into another session without expressed permission. Please notify the instructor if you are making up a class.

Safety Waiver: By participating, you acknowledge and agree that you, the participant, accept full responsibility for your own use of any and all apparatus, appliances, facility, privilege and service whatsoever, owned and operated by The Mekhaskhen House or Good Gyrrl. Said participant shall not hold the owners or employees of The Mekhaskhen House or Good Gyrrl liable for any loss, claim, injury or damages sustained or incurred by you resulting therefrom.

Class Participation: These classes are all about you, so block everyone else out, relax, concentrate on you and most importantly, HAVE FUN! There is no right or wrong way to do the moves…just YOUR way. Work at you own pace and do not attempt to keep up with any other student. There is no laughing at other classmates, only at yourself!

PARTY POLICIES
Cancellation
To confirm your booking we required a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule your party for any reason we require at least 72 hours notice.  Within 72 hours of your party there are no refunds but we can reschedule your party.  *Please note there is a minimum number of at least 10 guests per booking.

Participants
If your party falls below 10 guests, you must make up the price difference among the smaller group. All guests attending the party must pay the fee quoted above.  If they are in the room where the workshop is being held, they will be included in the count. Discounts may be arranged in advance for pregnant and injured guests who may not be able to fully participate in the class.
